DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CHARGES

The despatch of your purchase should take place within 12 working hours of receiving online and phone orders paid for by card (excludes public holidays). Once you have placed an order online you will receive an email from AJ'z Limited confirming the details of your order. An additional email will be sent when the order has been packed and despatched from  AJ'z Limited.



AJ'z Boardwear uses Royal Mail and a Courier Network to deliver your orders, both of which have provided a reliable and dependable delivery service. All our goods need a signature upon receipt for your security and ours, using our delivery method means a safer delivery service.

Delivery to the UK using our standard delivery is free and normally takes 2 to 5 working days. If the delivery is to a remote location or placed over the Christmas period this may take a few days longer. Please note that a signature will be required upon the delivery of the goods.

Ist Class Delivery is £2.45

Special delivery \ next day orders must be made before 3:30pm to be delivered before 17:00 the following working day Monday to Friday. Saturday Before 11:00 mid-day for delivery on Monday. Otherwise it will be despatched on the next working day. If you have selected the Next Day Delivery option there will be a charge added to your order. Please remember we can not sent any deliveries on a Sunday or Bank Holidays.

Please note that if payment is by cheque or postal order then the despatch of your order will occur once the payment has cleared (generally 7 to 10 days for cheques).

If no one is at the delivery address when our carrier tries to deliver your order, the carrier will leave notification of an attempted delivery. The note will specify if you need to contact them to; arrange an alternative delivery date, to collect the parcel, or if they will re-attempt delivery the following day. This may be specific to UK deliveries only.

The cost of delivery to Europe and International locations is as follows

 European Delivery Charge £5.95, International Delivery Charge £10.95
