CONDITION OF SALE
Our Contract
Upon completing an order for clothing or related items at ajzboardwear website you will receive an automated email confirming that an order has been placed with AJ'z Limited. The email will contain details of the goods ordered and your delivery details. As the email is generated automatically it does not mean that we have been able to meet your order. Should there prove to be any problems with your order you will be contacted by Customer Services using the contact details you provided when placing your order.
Availability
Upon despatch of your order an email will be sent notifying you of the goods despatched and any appropriate carrier details. On the rare occasion that an item of clothing or gear is ordered and later found to be our of stock Customer Services will notify you as soon as possible and verify if an exchange is required (at our discretion this will be at a discount for any inconvenience caused) or alternatively a refund.
Pricing
On rare occasions there may be an item on the site that is incorrectly priced. At our discretion we may:
Despatch the goods and refund any difference, or Contact you and inform you of the price change, and verify if you still wish to order the product, or Remove the item from your order, refund the appropriate monetary value and notify you of the cancellation. Communications
AJ'z Boardwear is a privately owned retail company that operates on the Internet (world wide web). As a result many of the company communications between the customer and AJ'z are via email messages and notifications on our website. By placing an order with AJ'z Boardwear you consent to receive electronic communications from us. These communications will also satisfy any legal requirements that would normally be required in writing. This does not affect your statuary rights.

Events Beyond our Control
AJ'z Limited will not be held responsible for delays or failures to meet our obligations that have been listed if issues arise from a cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

ajzboardwear.co.uk grants access to the site solely for personal internet shopping purposes. Images, product listings, descriptions, prices, account information etc cannot be taken from the site unless given written permission. Failure to do so would be a breach of United Kingdom \ international copyright and database rights laws.
The website must not be used in any way that causes access to be impaired or damage to the site. Failure to comply with this may result in criminal prosecution.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CHARGES
AJ'z Limited aim to do all they can to help. If you have any queries regarding the delivery of your order then please contact Customer Services by e-mail at info@ajzboardwear.co.uk, by telephone on 0177288233, or fax on 017720204506. *Please note that some remote areas of the UK cannot be reached using this delivery method. Should this be the case a Customer Services representative will contact you.
RETURNS POLICY
Items purchased from our online surf clothing store can be returned for an exchange or a refund if they are received back at AJ'z Boardwear no more than 10 days after delivery to the customer's address. Clothing, accessories and other products must be returned in the original packaging with any tags still attached, along with your original order number and a returns number clearly quoted on the outside of the returns package. Soiled goods (dirty, smelling of smoke etc) will not be refunded.
We endeavour to double-check every order before being packaged. However, if there should prove to be a fault or error with an item delivered then AJ'z Boardwear will compensate you fully, and we will refund the coat of the postage of the item to be returned.
Returns - What if I need to send something back for exchange or refund?
It's not a problem, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged or the cost of the item(s) refunded. All purchases are covered by a 10 day exchange or refund guarantee. Basically if you don't like it, or you need to swap it please follow the process below.
Obtain a returns number. Returns older than 10 days will not be accepted, unless agreed by ajzboardwear.co.uk in advance. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
We will refund you any money you have paid us for the product(s) being returned, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. The original postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you return an item to us that is faulty, or a problem order of any kind, we will pay for the cost of the return postage.
Please do not post any items back to AJ'z Boardwear without a returns number as any item returned with out a returns number quoted on the outside of the package will be refused.
To obtain your returns number please contact us by email at info@ajzboardwear.co.uk, or by phone on +44 1772 882333, or by fax on +44 1772 204506. We will need: your order reference number and date ordered, details of the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for return. If you do not have these details available then pass on as much information as possible and we will endeavour to allocate a returns number to you within 48 hours.
Please quote the returns number on the outside of the package, any return with no returns number quoted on the outside will be refused. Please enclose a note of whether you require a refund or exchange (and if so, which item you require in exchange).
For your own protection we advise you to return any items via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature. AJ'z Boardwear are not responsible for items that are not received.
Upon receiving the returned item we will process either the exchange or the refund. For UK orders exchange items are shipped by our Standard \ Free postage method and therefore take up to five working days to arrive from the date of despatch. Please speak to AJ'z Boardwear on 01772 88233 to arrange Special \ Next day delivery of your exchange item.
In the case of a refund the credit card used for the transaction will be credited, and no other. If the purchase was made by cheque or postal order then a cheque will be returned. A cheque will also be issued if the credit card used for the original purchase is no longer active. The customer will be notified of their returns status at this time by way of an e-mail.

Surf Clothes Advice Should you wish, we can process your order via the telephone with just the same speed and efficiency as our online service. We can also assist with product exchanges and returns, answering any of your questions and ensuring smooth and hassle-free assistance.
AJ'z Boardwear Staff will happily offer help locating an item of surf clothing by a particular surf company. We can check our surf brands stock system and contact the surf company to verify availability and delivery timescales.
Alterative Size Surf Fitting AJ'z Boardwear Staff are happy to hand measure clothing on your behalf if you have specific size queries that the item description and size tables do not cover.
